MINUTES
The minutes of the March meeting as posted on the league web site were approved .
PUBLIC COMMENT
No members of the public were present
OLD BUSINESS
The process used by league to develop schedules was reviewed. No changes to the protocol presently used was offered. It was suggested that better communications between AD’s and coaches could help.
The All Sports Championship was reviewed. There were no changes made to the format.
The basketball coaches requested a change back to the schedule approved on April 15th. It was approved with a couple minor changes. The principals will be polled for final approval. NOTE: Per telephone vote on April 14th schedule was approved.
NEW BUSINESS
The Wrestling Schedule submitted by Bill Lum was approved and will be presented to the principals for final approval at the August meeting.

OTHER ITEMS
Tom Crumpacker requested a change in the format for the League Track Meet from a two day meet to a one day meet. He stated that the number of participants do not justify two days, considering the escalating costs for transportation. It was further suggested that the meet be moved to a Saturday to mitigate the lost instructional time.
Tom Crumpacker noted that the date of the State Track Meet has changed. This will require a revision of the track schedule previously approved. John Gallagher will make the revision and submit at the August meeting.
Tom Crumpacker asked that AD’s recognize the problem Dixon has with their May Fair and requested that AD’s work with them to reschedule contests so they could avoid conflicts.
