The minutes of the November Meeting were approved.

OLD BUSINESS
The following 2008-09 schedules were submitted for review by the Athletic Directors for presentation and final approval at the April meeting of the Athletic Board

Matt Winn was unable to attend the meeting and therefore did not present a volleyball schedule. A schedule will be available for review at the March AD meeting.
Terry Ray suggest an innovative schedule proposal for softball and baseball. The varsity softball and baseball teams will share a schedule and play a triple round robin, the JV’s will share a schedule and play a double round robin. This will save each school 3 to 4 busses each spring. The two schedules will be melded together and presented at the March meeting.
The results of the telephone vote on the Tennis by-law changes were reported. The issue passed without dissent.
NEW BUSINESS
Al Hooker reported that the current CVC Web Site has not been updated since October. The webmaster has resigned. A new web site is under construction and should be operating by the end of school
A CVC Administrative Directory was distributed
A short discussion about Basketball starting times was held. Currently several leagues are trying to move them up to November 1st.
SECTION & STATE ITEMS

OTHER ITEMS
There may be an Increase in cost of buffet to include set up fee, room fee and clean up fee. Each AD was to look around their area to see if a suitable replacement facility could be located.
A boy and a girl were selected to receive a Dale Lackey Scholarship.
Mike Tirolo expressed concern about the second year of the football schedule not offering Antelope and Consumes Oaks an opportunity to qualify for Section Playoffs. Because Mike had a plane to catch, there was no time for a discussion.
